From the seventeenth century onward, numerous estates were established in Vught—along the roads to Liège and Antwerp—by wealthy residents of Den Bosch. Stroll through the Maurick, Voorburg, and Reeburg estates. You'll also pass the Zionsburg, Leeuwenstein, and, of course, the Huize Bergen estate! The starting and ending point is the monumental De Petrus church, now a lively meeting place. Along the way, you'll pass historic buildings, leafy lanes, and serene parks, including the impressive Maurick Castle and the romantic Reeburg Park.
